The "Sweet Magnolia" custom dollhouse features a modern style with miniature coastal touches. This modern dollhouse was built for a client based on their house in South Carolina. This modern dollhouse is in 1:12 scale, with a white exterior with accents of black and cedar, as well as a covered porch and custom front door and porch railings.

Inside showcases simple and sophisticated paint colors. The first level features a beautiful entryway with an adorable mudroom bench, and a custom kitchen that comes stocked with plates, pans, cutting boards, etc.

The second story features a spa-like bathroom with a gorgeous double vanity, and a large bathtub to wash all of your doll's troubles away. The rest of the second level includes a large custom fireplace with shelves on either side, a cozy couch with lots of cushions and pillows that your dolls can snuggle up on to watch their favorite movie on the TV, and even a cozy little sitting area under the window.

The third story features a master bedroom with a gorgeous rattan bed and white nightstands, as well as a dresser, bassinet, and other decor. Next to the master bedroom is an adorable light pink girl's room, complete with two twin beds, custom name signs, a dresser, and even a miniature dollhouse!

Every item in this home was assembled with love and will be enjoyed for years to come by its new 9 year old owner!
